Macarons Craze

I am hit!!! I can tell u that it is macarons and not macaroons :). Macaroons has shredded coconut and the one that is making wave is macarons.


Baked 1/2 batch just now.... and they dont have feet!!! Arghhh..... I am not going to give up. The recipe is easy enough. It is the technique and all about the oven. One of the commandments of baking is know thy oven well. This is going to be like the story of me and chiffon cake and I pray that this time I get it right at the 2nd attempt.

It is midnite and I am sitting in front of the laptop doing research on MACARONS!!!
